A recent study by Google and Forrester Research forecasts that the combined sales from the UK, Germany and France will rise form £25.5Bil to £122Bil by 2011. Nikesh Arora - Vice President European Operations fro Google is set to release his thoughts on the benefits of Multi Channel retailers from the internet aside from online sales.
Arora:
"This research provides hard evidence that far from being at war with each other, online and offline sales channels can do and complement each other."
